Cómo medir tu cintura
Mide alrededor de la parte más estrecha de tu cintura natural, generalmente alrededor del ombligo. Mantén un dedo de espacio entre la cinta y tu cuerpo.
Cómo medir tus caderas
Con los pies separados aproximadamente 15 cm, mide alrededor de la parte más ancha de tus caderas. Esta área suele corresponder a la parte superior de tus piernas.

I LOVE IT!!!! I bought a large last year. And now a medium. I lost over 50 lbs. I waited about 6 months for it to restock. It really is the best. It hold you in all the right places and molds you. My waist is about 31.75 and I weight 146 lbs. It is a little tight but it normally loosens up a bit with the wear. I have bought about 3 different ones while waiting for this one to be back in stock and there’s NOTHING that compared to this one! BUY IT!!!
