How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through your Customer Account using our Returns Center, Click Here.

This system provides a free return shipping label and ensures faster processing.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase if all conditions below are met.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unstained

  • Free of odor (perfume, smoke, detergent, pets, etc.)

  • Free of hair or powders

  • Not machine washed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Hygiene & Intimate Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, panties and thong-style shapewear that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

The only exception is verified manufacturing defects.

Refunds & Store Credit

After receiving and inspecting your return, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

Processing Time:

  • Warehouse inspection: 3–5 business days

  • Bank processing: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed promptly:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days

  • Processing: Within 24 hours after approval

  • Shipping: 2–5 business days

During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
