Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Delivery Guarantee & Lost Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, you may qualify for a replacement.
We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Approved claims are resolved through replacements only.

Wrong Address
Contact us immediately if your address is incorrect.
Minor corrections may be possible.
Major changes may require cancellation and reordering.
Orders already fulfilled cannot be changed.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Canada.
Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility if not paid at checkout.
Rejected packages are refunded for product value only. Shipping is non-refundable.
Warranty & Defects
Defective items reported within 30 days qualify for free replacement.
Requests after 30 days are reviewed case by case.
Promotions & Discounts Policy
Promotional offers are based on qualifying purchase conditions.
If returned items cause the order to no longer qualify:

Loyalty points are not affected.
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abusive activity.
Each order qualifies for one (1) free exchange. Any additional exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
