With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

What makes the CB455 different from the NS001 and NS002?
Three things. First, the CB455 has a Level 2 Round lift panel which is wider and covers more of the backside than the Level 1 Natural lift in the NS001 and NS002. It is designed for women with fuller curves who need more coverage. Second, the CB455 sits higher at the waist for more tummy coverage. Third, it has a silicone grip band at the waist in addition to both leg openings, giving it three grip points instead of two.
Will the CB455 stay in place all day without rolling down?
Yes. Three silicone grip bands, one at the waist and one at each leg opening, keep the shorts locked in place all day. Four small steel bones in the waistband prevent folding or rolling. If you find it rolling down, size down slightly for a better grip.
What size should I order in the CB455?

Can I wear the CB455 under jeans?
Yes. The silicone grip bands at both leg openings prevent the compression break line that shows in jeans when shapewear ends mid-thigh without a grip band. Your legs look seamless from top to bottom. The Triconet fabric is thin and soft enough to add no bulk under fitted denim.
Is the CB455 suitable for post-surgical recovery?
