How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

Both are Powernet butt lifter shorts with mid-thigh length and silicone grip bands at the leg openings. The NS001 is a pure pull-on with a Level 1 Natural lift and no crotch closure. The NS005 has a front hook closure, a Level 2 Round lift for fuller backside coverage, lace trim at the leg hem, and a zipper crotch. Choose the NS001 for simplicity. Choose the NS005 for more lift, more control, and a more polished finish.
Will the NS005 stay in place all day?
Yes. The front hook closure holds the waistband firmly in place under compression all day. Silicone grip bands at both leg openings keep the hem locked with no roll-down or visible compression lines. If you find it shifting, check that you are on the tighter hook setting.
What size should I order in the NS005?
Use your waist and hip measurements together. If you are between sizes, size up. Sculpt-level compression is firm and a size too small will feel restrictive at the waist.
