  • Stage 1 (days 1 to 14) -- gentle compression, open bust, easy to put on and remove. Your body is most swollen and sensitive during this phase.
  • Stage 2 (weeks 2 to 8) -- firmer compression as swelling reduces. This is where the NS086 belongs. The built-in bra provides bust support while the Sculpt-level Powernet holds the results of your procedure in place.
  • Stage 3 (weeks 8 and beyond) -- maintenance compression for long-term shaping. Your surgeon will advise when to transition.

How to wear

Step 1 — Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at both leg openings. This prevents them from sticking to your skin as you pull the faja up.

Step 2 — Step into the faja from the bottom and work it up your legs using a side-to-side rocking motion - shifting your weight from one hip to the other. Never pull it over your head.

Step 3 — Once at your waist, position the built-in bra cups over your bust before fastening anything. Smooth the fabric so the bra sits flat and centered.

Step 4 — Fasten the bra closure first, working from the bottom hook upward. Then fasten the front body closure from the bottom up, one hook at a time, pulling the fabric inward slightly with each hook.
