A few things that make all-day wear easier:

Start on the middle hook setting.

If you're between sizes, size up.

Step 1 — Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at both leg openings. This prevents them from sticking to your skin as you pull the faja up.

Step 2 — Step into the faja and work it up your legs using a side-to-side rocking motion, shifting your weight from one hip to the other. This is the easiest way to move it up without rolling the fabric.

Step 3 — Once at your waist, start hooking the front closure from the bottom up, one hook at a time. Pull the fabric inward slightly with each hook to get a clean, smooth line across the abdomen.

Step 4 — Adjust the shoulder straps so the garment sits flat against your torso with no pulling at the bust line.

Step 5 — Align the side seams so they sit straight down each leg, then smooth the fabric at the thigh hem to eliminate any bunching before getting dressed.

Step 6 — Use the zipper crotch for restroom breaks, no need to remove the garment.
