A few things that make wearing the NS006 easier every day:

  • Hook from the bottom up, one hook at a time, pulling the fabric slightly inward with each hook for the smoothest compression line.
  • Start on the middle hook setting. You can tighten to the inner hooks after the first hour once your body settles in.
  • If you are wearing it strapless, make sure you are on the tighter hook setting so the waistband stays firmly in place.
  • If you are between sizes, size up. Ultra-Sculpt compression is the firmest level and a size too small will feel restrictive rather than supportive.
How to wear

Step 1 — Wrap the NS006 around your waist and hook the front closure from the bottom up, one hook at a time. Pull the fabric slightly inward with each hook for a clean compression line.

Step 2 — Start on the middle hook setting. You can tighten to the inner hooks after the first hour once your body settles in.

Step 3 — If wearing with straps, attach and adjust them so the waist trainer sits flat and centered on your torso with no pulling at the top edge.

Step 4 — If wearing strapless, make sure you are on the tighter hook setting before removing or skipping the straps. The hook closure holds the waist trainer in place without straps but a secure fit is important.

Step 5 — Smooth the fabric at the top and bottom edges of the waist trainer before getting dressed to eliminate any rolling or bunching.
